I need to change something on my order, how can I do so?2018-03-19T14:00:13-06:00

Please contact us right away! For something as simple as an address change contact us within the first 24 hours  and we will have it changes for you no problem at all.  Our orders are processed quickly to ensure that everyone receives their packages on time. We will do our absolute best to adjust your order, but please note that we cannot guarantee any changes after the order has been processed.

 

 

Does Timetree Canada offer engraving?2018-03-19T14:10:33-06:00

Yes. You can enter your engraving on each Timetree product individually on the product page. We do offer engraving on the back case of the watch and on the inside of the arm on our sunglasses. The cost of engraving is $15 and the max letter count for engraving is 50 characters. If you would like to have your watch engraved and are having issues please send us an email at support@timetreecanada.ca and we will be more than happy to assist you!

Is there warranty on Timetree products?2018-03-19T14:20:32-06:00

Your Timetree Canada timepiece comes with a limited manufacturer defect warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase under the following terms and conditions:

 

The warranty only comes into force if the proof of purchase is shown, during the warranty period and by presenting the proof of purchase from an authorized Timetree Canada vendor, you will have the right to have any manufacturing defect repaired free of charge. In the event that we are unable to restore your watch to normal conditions of use, we guarantee its replacement with a Timetree Canada timepiece of the same or similar model/color only within the 12 month warranty.

NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS:

 

If your watch is not covered under warranty, we  do offer affordable repair options for any damage that may result from daily use. Send us an email to support@timetreecanada.ca for pricing info. We do also carry replacement all wood and leather bands because hey, accidents do happen! Please contact us and we will figure it out together.

 

How long does it take to recieve my order?2019-03-11T21:20:07-06:00

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. After they are processed they are assembled in the order that they are received in. ALL Timetree Canada products are tested before they are sent to our customers. Orders in which the shipping and billing address differ will take longer to process due to fraud prevention. All Canadian customers can expect to receive their custom handmade watch within 14-21+ days of the order date. Wait times vary.  Please allow extra time for holidays. We ship with confidence using Canada Post coast to coast shipping to ensure all of our orders make it to their destination safe on time!

Are your watches water proof?2018-03-19T14:40:04-06:00

We like to say our watches are “splash friendly” – from washing your hands to a little sprinkle on those rainy days. But our watches are not designed to be completely submerged under water. So take note to remove your watch when taking showers or taking a dip in the pool! Our products are made of wood and wood will swell if completely soaked for long periods of time. If you do get your purchases wet, dry them until they are completely free of moisture to avoid warping, use a blow dryer if necessary.
